Like putting your creepy imagination to work? Have you written a horror story that you believe is the next big thing? Inquiry letters to agents and/or publishing companies not working? No one giving you a chance? Perhaps you’ve been entering writing contests hoping to hit it big...maybe even one day get published? That's all good but why not possibly make profit off of your masterpiece(s) now by having them sell as e-book(s) instead of watching them gather dust or giving them away for free? Welcome to Hellicious Horrors™ Publishing, the publishing company devoted solely to horror e-books. As a writer with our company you won't have to worry about meeting deadlines and can send in your stories for consideration at your own convenience. The path to getting started is easy. Just email a synopsis or synopses of your book(s), (the first five chapters and the ending), to Hellicious Horrors™ Publishing for consideration. Should we select your book for publication, we will then request all additional chapters so please make sure the pages you will be sending are from a completed book. We will then e-package it and offer it for sell on our website at no cost to you. Your profits will be contingent on if and how many of your books sell. We reserve the right to market your e-book(s) with whatever e-book cover we deem appropriate. Your royalty rate will be 40% per e-book(s) sell. That's all there is to it and it's that easy.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND RULES:
1.) The book must be your own. Please do not copy books from other publications or authors, they are/may be copyrighted and protected by law. This may result in prosecution on your part.
2.) All synopses must be submitted via email for consideration. We do accept simultaneous submissions but each and every one must include your full name, address, word count, phone number and a working email address that you habitually use. Also, please let us know if you have submitted your story(s) to any publishing company other than ours.
3.) Self-edit. Please make sure your synopsis/synopses as well as your full-length books are free of punctuation and grammatical errors. We will do our part but too many mistakes will be cause for your story not to be read in its entirety and returned to you. You may then rewrite and resubmit it to us at your leisure.
4.) First accepted book must be novel-length (37,001 or more words). After you have been published by Hellicious Horrors™, we may accept various book lengths at our discretion.
5.) Absolutely, positively no stories containing pedophilia will be accepted here!
6.) Book format instructions; please follow these guidelines:
a. Font size: 12pt,
b. Font type: Times New Roman,
c. Save as Word document,
d. Send as an email attachment only please (not in the body of an email).
7.) Please include a 3-6 sentence biography of yourself for our "Authors" page. We're sure our customers would love to know who is writing those fabulous books they are enjoying reading.
8.) Please know that it will take time for us too read all submissions and it will take time for us to contact you by email with our decision.
